Kido Windsor Nursery is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team at Windsor. You will become an ambassador for our values, creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children.

This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers career growth within a fast-growing international company. Sponsorship is not available. A Level 2/3 childcare qualification and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant childcare qualification at Level 2 or Level 3.
• Level 2 qualifications in English (including functional skills) if Level 3 obtained after 2014.
• Sponsorship is not available for this role at this time.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing environment — provide a safe, engaging space for children to learn and thrive.
• Be a consistent key person — offer comfort, stability, and strong relationships for your key children.
• Observe and plan learning — record observations and plan next steps to support development.
• Use varied teaching strategies — adapt approaches to meet different learning styles and interests.
• Create enabling environments — set up inspiring spaces that spark curiosity and exploration.
• Support SEND needs — work with families and professionals to provide tailored support.
• Safeguard children effectively — follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly.
• Carry out safety checks — contribute to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.
