Academics Ltd in Central London is seeking a Senior Nursery Manager to oversee a group of nursery settings across the region. You will lead teams, drive standards and ensure high-quality early years education.

The role requires a confident, hands-on leader with a track record of improving performance, strong EYFS and Ofsted knowledge, and the ability to hold managers to account. Salary is 60,000-70,000 with a 10% bonus.

Senior Nursery Manager - Regional Role
Location: Central London
Salary: 60,000- 70,000 + 10% Performance Bonus

We are looking for an ambitious, confident and highly experienced Senior Nursery Manager to oversee a group of nursery settings across Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established senior childcare professional who thrives on leading teams, driving standards and making a genuine difference to the quality of early years education.

We are looking for a strong, decisive and hands-on leader who sets high expectations, leads by example and is not afraid to challenge poor performance. You will have the confidence to hold managers and staff accountable while creating a culture where professional development, excellent practice and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You will be a strong and credible childcare leader with significant experience in senior nursery management, ideally within a multi-site or regional role.

You will have:

• A proven track record of successfully leading nursery teams and managers.
• A confident, firm and fair approach to leadership and people management.
• The ability to address underperformance and difficult staffing matters head-on.
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted expectations.
• The confidence to make decisions, set boundaries and maintain high expectations.
