Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery is hiring a Third in Charge to lead and support the team in delivering exceptional care and education for children. You will promote safeguarding, health and safety, and build strong partnerships with parents and professionals.

The role requires an early years qualification at Level 3 or above and previous experience in a similar senior position. A 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract, awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Ensure child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding compliance, and strong partnerships with parents.
• Engage with Local Authority and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead as needed.
