Transformation Unit is seeking an experienced Clinical Site Lead (Band 8a) to oversee patient flow across hospital pathways in the Gateshead area. You will provide senior nursing leadership, ensure capacity and demand are reflected accurately, and deputise for the Hospital Flow Manager when required.

The role requires a proven track record in nurse leadership, organisational excellence, and strong communication.

Formación

• Current NMC Registration is required.
• Evidence of Nurse Leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior clinical and professional leadership to the Patient Flow Team.
• Be the deputising lead for the Hospital Flow Manager in their absence at local, regional and national meetings.
• Oversee operational responsibility for patient flow and demand reflection across pathways.
