Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Senior Sister at the Dean Neurological Centre in Gloucester to lead and coordinate high-quality nursing care and clinical services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the unit.

You will delegate tasks, supervise staff, monitor service users’ conditions, liaise with other healthcare professionals and use evidence-based practice to promote teamwork and outcomes; a relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration are required.

Qualifications

• A relevant nursing qualification.
• NMC registration.
• Experience in a similar environment; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide high-quality nursing care in a neurological setting.
