The Dean Neurological Centre in Gloucester is recruiting a Senior Sister to lead nursing care and coordinate clinical services in a 60-bed neurological setting. You will oversee day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality care while supporting your team and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues.

We seek a registered nurse with leadership experience, a nursing qualification, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

What you will be doing

With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you will oversee and provide high-quality care and support to people in a Neurological setting, while supporting your team and colleagues and promote good teamwork. As a Senior Sister, you'll lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and delivering of clinical services, ensuring the day-to-day operations of your unit is performing well. The Centre delivers specialist 24-hour nursing and therapy services for people with complex long-term neurological conditions who require ongoing support and assistance to maximise functional ability.
