Job summary

Benedict Holding is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager to leverage clinical expertise in a dynamic, international environment. The role focuses on EMS oversight, patient repatriation, and ongoing medical support for policyholders in the UK and overseas.

You will continue to use your nursing knowledge daily, coordinating with hospitals and clinicians, and potentially undertaking flight nursing assignments within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration.
• Registered General Nurse with appropriate licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience.
• Experience at Band 5 level or above.
• At least 3 years of acute clinical department experience (A&E/ED, ICU, HDU, CCU or similar).
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to escalate serious medical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with patients and clinicians over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload within a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing emergency medical assistance and ongoing patient cases.
• Supporting patients receiving treatment overseas.
• Liaising with hospitals, clinicians and medical providers internationally.
• Supporting medical repatriation cases.
• Providing non-diagnostic clinical advice to patients and policyholders.
• Reviewing medical information and identifying escalation needs.
• Providing clinical input into occupational health and overseas deployment assessments.
• Working closely with case coordinators and the wider medical assistance team.
