About the role
Senior nurse roles are designed to influence the quality of the clinical care environment by providing support, educational input and development activities for mentors and $ùlearners. Along with support and supervision for Care Practitioner programmes which ultimately lead to practice development and improved services for people using our services.
The post holder will provide support to members of the team and carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of care and setting standards. This will include the delivery of the care practitioner programme to enhance the clinical skills of care practitioners.

Brockworth House care home provides specialised care for up to 53 residents, supporting individuals with dementia and other mental health needs, including learning disabilities. Our skilled and compassionate team has extensive experience in creating a secure, respectful environment where each resident feels valued and supported.
With a flexible activities programme and a range of homely comforts, Brockworth House encourages residents to engage in daily life and pursue their interests.
