Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Energy Unit (Nuclear; Defence and Civil). This technical PM role leads multidiscipline teams, drives project execution, and ensures safety and compliance within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering complex projects in highly regulated industries, preferably nuclear.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Eligibility to apply for and obtain Security Clearance.
• Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in project management or engineering.
• Professional accreditation with a recognised body (e.g., APM, RICS).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a capable integrated project team.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet project baselines.
• Lead delivery teams to meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely project performance updates and reports.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure CDM regulations and engineering standards are followed.
• Collaborate with project and engineering managers and other disciplines.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
