We’re looking for a Senior Process Technologist to join our site in Bodmin.
We specialise in cooked bacon and slow cooked meats in Bodmin. Slow cooked meats allow for culinary creativity across various cuisines and dishes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to process innovation as we aim for growth.
You’ll play a key role in launching our products smoothly, safely, and successfully. You’ll be part of a team managing projects from trial stages to final product launch. Your experience will be valuable during NPD stages to ensure products are well-developed from the start.
A strong background in food manufacturing, especially in customer trials and critical path planning. Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 qualifications are required. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in fostering an innovative food culture. A driver’s license is also required.
