Job summary

Novoexec in Yeovil is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer / NPI Manager to own the end-to-end introduction of new products from concept through to production release. You will coordinate engineering, quality, production and supply chain to ensure a successful launch and readiness for manufacture.

The role offers clear career progression within a growing manufacturing group, with exposure to challenging, technically interesting products and a path into senior NPI or broader operational leadership.

Qualifications

Proven New Product Introduction experience within manufacturing.
Strong understanding of structured NPI processes (APQP, stage gate).
Ability to drive cross-functional teams across engineering, quality and operations.
Practical, solutions-focused mindset with high energy and drive.
Ambition to progress within growing manufacturing business.

Responsibilities

Ownership of new product introduction activities from concept to production release.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and readiness.
Balance customer expectations, quality requirements, capability and commercial objectives.
Drive structured NPI processes across engineering, quality and operations.
Shape and improve NPI processes and contribute to leadership development.
