Job summary

MorePeople is seeking an experienced NPD professional to drive fresh produce initiatives from concept through to launch. You will lead NPD/EPD projects, manage timelines, and coordinate factory trials and product testing to ensure commercial viability.

You will work closely with Factory, Technical, Commercial, Marketing and Category teams, research market trends, and support sell-in activities. Reporting to the NPD Manager, you will share hands-on expertise and guide the team to successful

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD and EPD projects from initial concept through to successful launch.
• Manage project timelines, critical paths and key stakeholder activity.
• Coordinate and attend factory trials and industrial validations.
• Oversee product sampling, shelf-life testing and relevant product testing.
• Manage product costings and ensure projects remain commercially viable.
• Work closely with Factory, Technical, Commercial, Marketing and Category teams.
• Research market trends and generate new product ideas.
• Support customer presentations and product sell-in activity.
• Coordinate pre-launch meetings, pre-productions and launch activity.
• Provide hands-on support during launches and the post-launch period.
• Conduct post-launch reviews and ensure effective handover into the factory.
• Deputise for the Head of NPD when required.
