Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment partners with a well-established food manufacturer to recruit an NPD Process Technician. The role drives concepts from development through to factory launch, collaborating with NPD, Technical and Operations teams to run trials and ensure timely, high-quality launches.

You will manage recipes, specifications, trial reports and project documentation while coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting product testing and shelf-life assessments in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in NPD, Process, Technical or Food Manufacturing.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPD and EPD projects from handover to launch.
• Plan and run factory trials.
• Support product development and process optimisation.

NPD Process Technician

Looking for your next challenge in food innovation?

We're partnering with a well-established and growing food manufacturer to recruit an NPD Process Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing new products to life, taking concepts from development through to successful factory launch.

Working closely with NPD, Technical and Operations teams, you'll be heavily involved in trials, project management and ensuring products are launched on time and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing NPD and EPD projects from handover through to launch
