Job summary

Lent Rise Care Home in Burnham is seeking a qualified Registered Night Nurse to join our night shift team. You’ll be the senior nurse on site, lead carers, manage emergencies and monitor resident care during nights.

You must hold an NMC pin, be a registered nurse, and be comfortable coordinating with GPs and external agencies. We offer flexible night hours, weekend options, and a supportive, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NMC pin and be a qualified Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care and act as senior nurse on night shift.
• Provide and monitor nursing care plans with residents and families.
• Liaise with GPs, hospitals and external agencies as needed.
• Lead a team of carers and respond to emergencies during night shifts.
