Job summary

Hayward Care Centre in Devizes is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our night shift team as a Night Nurse. You will be the lead nurse on duty, overseeing care plans, supporting a team of carers, and liaising with GPs and external agencies to ensure residents' safety and wellbeing.

With a current NMC pin and post-registration experience, you will manage nursing and personal care needs, coordinate examinations, medications administration, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC pin.
• Post-registration experience and ability to take charge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a care team of carers on night shifts and provide clinical guidance.
• Deliver, monitor and re-evaluate resident care needs in partnership with residents, families and GP teams.
• Liaise effectively with GPs, hospitals and external agencies.
• Ensure high standards of nursing and personal care and respond to emergencies.
