Job summary

OSJCT Group in Devizes is seeking a qualified Registered Night Nurse to join our dedicated night shift team. You will be the senior on site during night hours, providing leadership, clinical assessments, and urgent care coordination with GPs and hospitals.

You’ll deliver and monitor care plans, support team carers, and ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards while building strong relationships with residents and families. A current NMC pin and consistent CPD are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified registered nurse with current NMC pin.
• Experience with night shifts and senior on-site duties.
• Ability to lead a team of carers and manage emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift and oversee nursing care on site.
• Coordinate with GPs, hospitals and external agencies.
• Deliver and monitor care plans and re-evaluate needs with residents.
