Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Life Practitioner for Bridge House in Spalding, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities to live independently, assist with daily activities and accompany them on community trips.

Vehicle use is part of the role; a full UK licence or two years’ driving in the UK is required. There are opportunities for training, pay progression, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job description

Our AdultSupported LivingHome is looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at Bridge House in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Senior Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £14.48 and for those with experience it’s £15.72

Level 1 - £14.48, Level 2 - £14.82, Level 3 £15.72
