Job summary
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to join a UK care home. You will supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, delivering warm, person-centred care and supporting the clinical team with areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have specialist knowledge of elderly care.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
- Must have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
- Ensure dignity and preferences of residents are respected and a warm, welcoming environment is maintained.
