Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to supervise a team of Care Assistants and support the clinical team in medication, assessments and care plans. You will ensure resident dignity and personalised care within a warm, engaging environment.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care with a focus on elderly care, and are committed to ongoing training and career progression.
