Job summary

Barchester Healthcare's Chester care home is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to provide warm, person-centred care for residents. You will supervise Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team with medication, assessments and care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and demonstrate commitment to dignity and individualised care. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Provide warm, dignified, person-centred care to residents.
