Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Night Life Practitioner for Bramley Apartments in Boston. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, assisting daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

You will drive the company vehicle if licensed, helping individuals access activities and appointments. The role offers progression through our competency framework with increasing hourly rates.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.
• Assist with transport using the company vehicle, requiring a UK driving licence or 2+ years of UK driving experience.
• Progress through the competency framework to unlock higher hourly pay rates.
