Job summary

Advinia Health Care in Clydebank is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver high-quality, compassionate resident care. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to supervise staff, develop and update care plans, and ensure adherence to CQC guidelines.

Qualifications

Your New Role

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Administering medication
• Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
• Team supervisions
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans
• Adhering to CQC guidelines
• Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

Shift Pattern

The day shift is: 08:00 – 20:00

• A leader: Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands-on approach.
• Qualifications: Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
• Fantastic people skills: Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong working relationships.
• Caring by nature: An enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for making people's lives that little bit brighter each day.
