Advinia Health Care in Glasgow, United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents. The role involves working with Nurses or Deputy Manager to ensure dignity and wellbeing, including medication administration and care-plan development.

The position requires NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, along with experience in a similar role.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role within a care setting.
• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is required.
• Ability to lead a team, coach staff and develop care plans.

Mansioni

• Administering medication to residents in line with care plans.

Your New Role...

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Administering medication
• Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
• Team supervisions
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans
• Adhering to CQC guidelines
• Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

The night shift is: 20:00 - 08:00

Qualifications:

Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
