Advinia Health Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver compassionate, resident-centered support. You will work closely with Nurses and the Deputy Manager to provide high-quality care, administer medications, and develop care plans that meet individual needs.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and prior experience in a similar setting. We value clear communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to training and development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Administering medication as required and in line with training.
• Provide hands-on, high-quality resident care and dignity.
• Lead and supervise care team members to ensure standards.
• Develop, implement and update individual care plans.
• Adhere to CQC guidelines and safety procedures.
• Coach and mentor team; identify and coordinate training needs.

Your New Role...

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Administering medication
• Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
• Team supervisions
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans
• Adhering to CQC guidelines
• Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

The day shift is: 08:00 – 20:00

Qualifications:

Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
