Job summary

Advinia Health Care in the United Kingdom is hiring a Senior Care Assistant to lead our care teams, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, and uphold resident dignity.

Working with Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will administer medication, supervise staff, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with CQC guidelines. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Your New Role...

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Administering medication
• Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
• Team supervisions
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans
• Adhering to CQC guidelines
• Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

The day shift is: 08:00 – 20:00

The night shift is : 20:00 to 08:00

Qualifications:

Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
