Job summary

Patchwork Health in London is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise software implementations, focusing on NHS rostering and workforce management. You will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, coach the team, and drive delivery excellence across Patchwork’s product suite.

Expect to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with a strong emphasis on governance, risk management and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise software implementation projects within SaaS environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering NHS rostering or workforce management implementations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience building trusted relationships and influencing senior customer stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting more junior colleagues and helping raise delivery standards across a team.
• Outstanding record of developing and maintaining all project documentation and collateral (e.g. project plans / PID / approach documents / timelines etc).
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and implementation best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale implementation projects, ensuring delivery to scope, budget and timeline whilst driving exceptional customer outcomes.
• Coach colleagues, sharing best practice and helping to continuously improve delivery standards and processes.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and artefacts, using templates and frameworks.
• Lead complex customer workshops, create high-quality proposals and deliver product demonstrations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and navigate client hierarchies to achieve goals.
