Scrumconnect Consulting, a multi-award-winning digital consultancy, is seeking a Senior Next.js Developer to join our government-focused delivery teams in Swansea. You will lead the development of modern, accessible front-end applications using Next.js and React, integrating with a Java Spring Boot and AWS backend in an API-first environment.

The role requires SFIA Level 4 capability, BPSS clearance with willingness to obtain SC clearance, and up to 60% on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Next.js/React front-ends for UK government clients.
• Design accessible, responsive interfaces aligned to WCAG 2.2.
• Integrate front-ends with Java Spring Boot microservices and AWS.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Mentor and uplift squad capability.
