Job summary

Oodle Car Finance is seeking a Speech Analytics & Nexidia Platform Specialist to own day-to-day configuration, optimisation, and governance of the Nexidia platform. You will design and test evaluation forms, build and maintain speech queries, and provide actionable insights for operations, compliance, and customer experience.

As a senior team member, you will support the Team Leader with coaching and capability development.

Qualifications

• Experience with Nexidia or similar speech analytics platform.
• Ability to analyse large volumes of call data.
• Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer Nexidia platform configurations, queries, and ingestion rules.
• Develop and optimize speech queries to identify behaviours and compliance triggers.
• Analyse call data to uncover trends, root causes and outcomes.
• Design QA evaluation forms and validate scoring and effectiveness.
• Present insights to Team Leaders and senior stakeholders.
