QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior New Build Conveyancer to manage a high-quality caseload of new build transactions from instruction to post-completion, including Help to Buy and shared ownership. The role involves liaising with developers and lenders to meet deadlines while ensuring exceptional client service.

You will support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-standard residential property team.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior New Build Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing Residential Property team. This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload of new build conveyancing matters within a modern, supportive, and highly regarded law firm.

The firm has built strong relationships with developers, introducers, and repeat clients, resulting in a consistent pipeline of new build residential property work. This position is ideal for an experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Residential Property Solicitor seeking a senior-level role with genuine progression opportunities and a strong work-life balance.

As a Senior New Build Conveyancer, you will independently manage a busy caseload of new build sales and purchases from instruction through to post-completion, including Help to Buy, shared ownership, leasehold matters, developer deadlines, and plot sales. You will also play a key role in supporting junior team members and maintaining excellent client service standards.

The Role

• Experience managing high-volume caseloads efficiently
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
