Legal Talent Partners is assisting a leading property law firm in Manchester to appoint a Senior Associate for their Newbuild Residential Conveyancing team.

You will manage a varied caseload, supervise junior colleagues and develop client relationships while delivering high-quality advice and efficient transaction progression in a senior capacity.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in residential conveyancing, particularly newbuild.
• Strong technical knowledge of newbuild transactions.
• Experience managing a substantial caseload independently.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• A commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of newbuild residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Collaborate with developers, purchasers, agents and other professionals to progress transactions.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice and ensure timely progression of files.

We’re working with a leading property law firm to appoint a Senior Associate to join its Manchester team.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of newbuild residential transactions, work closely with developers, purchasers and other stakeholders, and play an important role in delivering an excellent client experience.

The Role

You’ll manage a varied caseload of newbuild residential conveyancing matters, taking ownership from instruction through to completion.

The role will involve working closely with developers, purchasers, agents and other professional advisers, providing commercially focused legal advice and ensuring transactions progress efficiently.

At Senior Associate level, you’ll also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues, contribute to process improvements and help maintain consistently high standards across the team.

It’s a role that should suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, is comfortable managing a busy caseload and wants their experience to have an impact beyond their own files.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

Salary & Benefits

The salary is £80,000–£100,000, depending on experience.
