PLS Solicitors is seeking a Conveyancer / Case Handler for Residential and New Build teams. This hybrid role will involve managing a varied caseload and liaising with clients, developers and solicitors from instruction to completion.

You will review documents, maintain CMS records, and drive excellent client service while meeting exchange targets. The role suits experienced conveyancers seeking growth in a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting conveyancing transactions.
• Hands-on Source of Funds checks.
• Writes reports for searches and sale enquiries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building.
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to explain conveyancing process.
• Organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused.
• Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus).
• Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of Residential or New Build transactions from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on CMS.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address queries promptly.
• Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback.
