Wye Valley NHS Trust in Hereford is seeking a Highly Specialist Clinical Physiologist to provide a comprehensive range of Neurophysiological investigations, including EEG and nerve conduction studies, in outpatient and inpatient settings.

The post requires RCCP/HCPC registration and BSc/MSc Neurophysiology; a Master’s or equivalent is desirable. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to patient care in ITU/SCBU and related departments.

Qualifikationen

• Registration with RCCP or HPCP is essential.
• BSc Clinical Physiology (Neurophysiology) or MSc Neurophysiology required.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Neurophysiology is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Plan, perform, analyse and interpret neurophysiological investigations to a high level.
• Perform routine and specialised EEGs in adults and children, including ITU/SCBU settings.
• Undertake sleep-deprived EEGs and monitoring during medication administration.
• Produce accurate reports and provide specialist clinical advice to clinicians.
