Job summary

The post holder at St George's, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals and Health Group will lead the Community Neuro Therapy service across the team of OTs, delivering a highly specialist community neuro occupational therapy service for adults with neurological conditions.

The role includes promoting independence, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and supervising the neuro OT team, with the ESD pathway supporting early discharge and rehabilitation in the home.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of working at a highly specialist level with adults with neurological conditions.
• Current UK professional registration.
• Flexibility for part-time working arrangements is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community Neuro Therapy service and supervise the team of neuro OTs.
• Promote independence and wellbeing for adults with neurological conditions.
• Ensure an effective, adaptable service with innovative solutions and high client experience.
• Oversee stroke ESD pathway and multidisciplinary care in the community.
