Job summary

St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a committed Occupational Therapist to join our established Band 6 OT neurorehabilitation rotation. You will supervise OT staff and Therapy Technicians, promote evidence-based practice, and contribute to service development across multidisciplinary neuro teams.

The post covers neurosurgery, TBI, stroke services, and neurorehabilitation with opportunities for skilled development within a large teaching Trust and three sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults in neurological rehabilitation.
• Confident autonomous practitioner with strong communication.
• Good clinical reasoning and time/people management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OT staff and Therapy Technicians.
• Provide specialist clinical assessment, treatment and discharge planning for a complex neurological caseload.
• Contribute to the delivery of neuroscience 7‑day therapy services and service development.
