Job summary

Xcede in the United Kingdom is looking for a Network & Telephony Lead to own a multi-site network and telephony environment. This hands-on leadership role requires you to investigate and resolve complex issues, design infrastructure, and guide junior colleagues.

You will lead projects from discovery to implementation, provide technical direction, and support migrations while upskilling the team across LAN, WAN and VoIP environments. Hybrid work arrangement in Shrewsbury/Telford.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in a multi-site network/telephony environment.
• Experience designing, configuring and delivering network and telephony solutions.
• Ability to manage risks and lead projects from discovery to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and delivery of network, security and telephony solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across LAN, WAN and telephony environments.
• Lead multiple projects from discovery through to implementation, managing technical and deployment risks.
• Act as the technical authority for the environment and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Support migrations and upskill permanent technical staff.
