What will you be doing?
Support, monitor, and coach field resources in sewerage system maintenance to deliver excellent customer service.
Lead investigations into recurring customer and operational issues within Water Recycling Networks, coordinating with stakeholders for cost-effective solutions while prioritising customer needs.
Manage resources to minimise service disruptions and pollution caused by asset failure or service loss.
Handle severe weather incidents effectively and use systems to monitor asset and resource performance.
Provide operational standby cover as required.
What does it take to be successful in this role?
Ability to coach and support your team with a focus on preventing and managing pollution events.
Ability to lead when analysing or supporting pollution events.
Understanding of Water or Water recycling processes.
Full UK driving licence.
Flexible approach to work, including management standby duties.
When on call, you must be able to work in confined spaces and at heights without restrictions. Due to harness weight limits, your maximum weight cannot exceed 113 kilograms, and relevant occupational health checks will be required.
