Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting enterprise network and security services.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts and resilient service design.
• Experience with multi-site and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities across networks and security platforms.
• Proficiency in monitoring, alerting and operational management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of incidents, problems, service requests and tasks across lifecycle.
• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network and security services for availability and performance.
• Design, implement and improve technical security controls.
• Lead investigations and root-cause analyses for incidents and problems.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents and projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
• Support change management and project handovers.
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery and service recovery capabilities are maintained.
