Job summary

Reboot Recruit is seeking a Network & Security Delivery Team Leader to own major customer projects and provide technical leadership to a small team of consultants in a hybrid London-based role.

The role is predominantly hands-on (about 80% project delivery, 20% leadership), requiring deep expertise in Cisco and Fortinet, including SD-WAN and next-generation firewalls. UK-wide travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
• Proven ability to own customer projects from design through deployment.
• Ability to guide a small team of consultants on technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network and security projects from workshops and solution design through deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to 5–6 consultants.
• Own solutions including design, LLDs, implementation, and commissioning.
