Job summary

Skilled Careers in Central London seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver structured cabling and network infrastructure on a major commercial development. You will oversee CAT6A and fibre installations, manage programmes and budgets, and coordinate design teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong client relationships, proactive risk management, and leadership across pre-construction through to handover, with a focus on safety and quality within a Tier 1 contractor

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CAT6A and fibre optic infrastructure.
• Experience managing £2m+ cabling projects.
• Experience on large commercial construction projects.
• Strong design, installation, testing and commissioning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Produce financial forecasts, cost reports and project updates.
• Identify and manage commercial, technical and operational risks.
• Lead and develop project teams with health, safety and quality focus.
