  • Assist in developing observability tools; 24/7 monitoring is managed by the Technical Operations Centre.
  • Core Routing & Switching:
    • Design and operate distributed systems with advanced knowledge of OSPF and BGP.
    • Maintain multicast routing to ensure efficient data delivery across broadcast environments.
  • DTM Specialisation: Manage and optimise the DTM network to meet the demands of live broadcast.
  • Global Telemetry: Refine a global telemetry network for consistent data flow and visibility.
  • Plan capacity and advise on hardware/bandwidth upgrades driven by business growth and projects.
  • Ensure optimal traffic forwarding and data integrity for high‑availability, scalable systems used for critical live content broadcasting.
  • Network Security & Maintenance:
    • Implement best practices for access control and protection across the ecosystem.
    • Manage firmware upgrades, patching, and warranty across all hardware.
    • Perform system hardening to secure mission‑critical transmission paths.
  • NetOps & Monitoring Refinement:
    • Build and refine monitoring techniques for internal teams.
    • Develop observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and Netbox.

  • Direct experience with DTM or ATM technologies.
  • Version control proficiency with GitHub.
  • Understanding of real‑time transport protocols (RTP, UDP, SRT, Zixi) and video encoding (AVC, HEVC, JPEG‑XS).
  • Project management experience with tools like ClickUp, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure and maintain high standards in a live environment.
