Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Senior Telecommunications Engineer to shape our client’s next-generation network. You will design, implement, and optimize mobile (4G/5G), fixed-line, and IP networks, guiding projects from concept through deployment with a strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and security.

Hybrid work arrangement is available, balancing collaboration with focused, independent work across advanced multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering; master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in telecommunications engineering with focus on network design.
• Strong knowledge of LTE/5G NR and/or fixed-line technologies (fiber/DSL).

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable telecom networks.
• Oversee implementation and integration of new network technologies and equipment.
• Perform detailed network planning, capacity analysis, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and system-level issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and partners for project success.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
