Job summary

TESTQ Technologies is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead architecture and design decisions for .NET and Java applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

You will engage with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technology solutions, provide technical leadership across the lifecycle, and drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD, cloud deployments, and monitoring. Mentoring and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in .NET and Java application architecture, development, and support.
• Expertise in Solution Architecture, Design Patterns, APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading technical teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design decisions for .NET and Java applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose effective technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the application lifecycle.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and application monitoring.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster continuous learning and technical growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product Owners.
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and technical dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
