Job summary

Pluxee, a global player in Employee Benefits and Engagement, seeks a seasoned tech leader to own end-to-end architecture for .NET digital products. You will lead multiple delivery squads, shape platform direction and ensure governance, security, and scalable performance across our global enterprise.

You will stay hands-on through prototyping and reviews, collaborating with Product Owners and Digital Asset Owners to deliver coherent capabilities and robust APIs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Azure or architecture certifications are advantageous.
• Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise-grade .NET products.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve end-to-end technical architecture for .NET products.
• Provide hands-on leadership across delivery teams and prototyping.
• Translate product outcomes into technical capabilities and user stories.
• Identify risks and maintain governance-aligned documentation.
• Establish engineering standards, guardrails and security practices.
• Lead solution design reviews and ensure alignment with global architecture.
