Ocho People in Belfast is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design, build and scale cloud-native SaaS applications that support global clinical trials. You will help shape architecture and mentor engineers in a fast-growing tech team.

You'll work on .NET (C#, .NET Core) with Azure, SQL Server and APIs, collaborating with product, design and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions that have real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core).
• Experience building cloud-based applications using Azure.
• Strong SQL Server performance optimisation.
• Experience with APIs and microservices architectures.
• Exposure to modern front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript).
• Proven ability to mentor and support other engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable applications using .NET and Azure.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions across new and existing systems.
• Work closely with product, design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and optimise SQL Server databases for performance and scalability.
• Build and integrate cloud-native services using Azure.
• Mentor junior engineers and support overall team capability.
• Participate in code reviews and drive best practices across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
