Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Developer to join a reputable fintech banking-as-a-service organization. You will be responsible for mentoring and driving continuous improvement.

Working alongside peers, we are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with their team, is confident, and self-motivated. This role involves embedding and improving working practices and technical standards, and helping scale the delivery teams in line with organizational targets.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify, challenge, and improve solution design and execution.
• Follow secure and scalable development processes.
• Deliver creative solutions to meet user, performance, and security requirements within test criteria.
• Investigate, assess, and promote the use of relevant new technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on software requirements and standards.
• Analyze application performance to enhance user experience.
• Document processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Assist in incident resolution as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant professional experience.
• Expertise with the Microsoft stack, including Azure and C#.
• Strong experience working with APIs.
• Experience building scalable, efficient, and resilient software solutions, including event-driven architecture.

This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the UK. Our client is unable to sponsor at this time.

The salary range is from £70k to £90k plus benefits.
