Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Developer to join a reputable fintech banking-as-a-service organization. You will be responsible for mentoring and driving continuous improvement.

Working alongside peers, we are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with their team, is confident, and self-motivated. This role involves embedding and improving working practices, technical standards, and helping scale the delivery teams in line with organizational targets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, challenge, and improve solution design and execution
• Follow secure and scalable development processes
• Deliver creative solutions to meet user, performance, and security requirements
• Investigate, assess, and promote the use of relevant new technologies
• Work with business and technical stakeholders on software requirements and standards
• Analyze application performance to enhance user experience
• Document processes and monitor performance metrics
• Assist with incident resolution as needed

The right person for this role will have:

• Relevant professional experience
• Expertise with the Microsoft stack, including Azure and C#
• Strong experience with APIs
• Experience building scalable and efficient software solutions
• Experience developing resilient, event-driven architectures
