Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Senior .NET Developer in South Lincolnshire. The role is hybrid: 2-3 days on-site with the remainder remote, within the UK. Salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000 DOE, with modern Microsoft/Azure tech stack and opportunities to influence technical direction on client projects.

You will design, build, and support bespoke web applications and business systems, taking technical ownership and mentoring others. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER

• £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
• South Lincolnshire - Hybrid (2-3 days on-site, remainder remote)

THE ROLE

We're recruiting a Senior .NET Developer for a well-established software development company. You'll design, build and support bespoke web applications and business systems for a varied client base. This is a hands-on senior role. You'll take technical ownership of projects, work closely with clients and colleagues, and help set development standards across the team.

Immediate starters are preferred. Candidates must be happy to work on-site in South Lincolnshire 2-3 days per week. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

THE SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER ROLE

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using C# and .NET
• Build and optimise SQL Server databases, queries and stored procedures
• Deploy and manage solutions within Azure
• Contribute to front-end development, ideally using React
• Work on CMS-driven websites and platforms, including Umbraco where required
• Take technical lead on projects, from requirements through to delivery
• Support and mentor less experienced developers
• Carry out code reviews and help keep code quality high

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
• Solid SQL Server experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure
• Experience working at senior level on client-facing projects
• Able to work on-site in South Lincolnshire 2-3 days per week
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Immediately available or on a short notice period preferred
