Qualifications

  • Experience building clinical networks across provider and commissioner organisations.
  • Ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder groups and workshops.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and diplomatic skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the West Midlands ODNs, most notably the Neonatal ODN.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across networks and member organisations.
  • Champion patients' interests and ensure patient voice is central to network activities.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and support transformation of neonatal services.
