Severfield UK Limited is seeking a Senior NDT Inspector for our Dalton, Thirsk site. You will lead all NDT activities on shift, ensuring high-quality inspections across UT, MPI, PT and VT with strong technical leadership and mentoring for junior staff.
The role requires PCN MPI Level 2, UT certifications, CSWIP 3.0 Welding Inspector certification, and a solid understanding of structural steel fabrication and inspection standards.

Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.
The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high-quality product to a variety of different sectors. In the Senior NDT Inspector position you will be the lead and primary point of contact for all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities during your assigned shift. This is a critical role requiring a highly skilled and certified professional with deep expertise in structural steel specifications and inspection techniques. You will ensure that all NDT operations are carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
