Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a NAV and fund services specialist to oversee data delivered by Third Party Administrators, ensuring timely NAV delivery to clients. You will understand mechanisms across funds, such as swing pricing, fair value, and performance fees, and oversee month-end NAVs and related calculations.

The role emphasizes building relationships with TPAs and internal teams, supporting queries and transitions, with a hybrid working model and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Fund Administration and NAV experience including swing pricing, fair value and performance fees.
• Interpersonal/relationship skills to liaise with Distribution, Product teams as well as fund managers and other teams.
• Numerate with analytical skills using Excel, attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Committed team player able to work effectively with colleagues across functions to resolve NAV delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund services and NAV data delivered by Third Party Administrators for timeliness and accuracy.
• Understand fund mechanisms across the funds (swing pricing, fair value, performance fees).
• Oversee periodic fund accounting data delivery (e.g., month end NAVs, portfolio turnover and performance fee calculations).
• Develop and maintain relationships with TPAs and internal departments to support NAV delivery and issue resolution.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
